Ausbildung in Germany
Ausbildung, a dual education system in Germany, combines practical training in a company with theoretical education. About 50 to 60 % of their education is devoted to practical training while only 30 to 40 % time is spent for theoretical session. The duration of the Ausbildung program varies with every job, usually they take between 2 to 3.5 years.
